Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used pet accessories
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
To start a return request, please contact our support team with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
